Return & Refund Policy
We want customers to feel confident when purchasing from Fortibed. Because adjustable beds are large, heavy, and personal-use products, returns must be reviewed and approved before they are sent back.
To request a return, please contact us through our Contact Us page within 14 days of receiving your order. Items must be unused, in original condition, and returned in the original packaging.
Products that have been assembled, installed, used, damaged after delivery, or modified may not be eligible for return.
If a customer returns a product for personal reasons, such as changing their mind or no longer wanting the item, the customer is responsible for both the original outbound shipping cost and the return shipping cost. This includes freight, large-item transportation fees, and any carrier-related charges.
Customers may be responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to an approved product defect or shipping damage.
If your item arrives damaged, please contact us as soon as possible and include photos of the packaging and product. We will review the issue and work with you on the next steps.
Refunds are issued only after the returned item has been received and inspected. Original shipping fees may not be refundable.
Fortibed reserves the right to refuse returns that do not meet the conditions above.
