Shipping Policy
Fortibed currently ships within the United States.
Because our adjustable beds are large and heavy items, shipping times may vary depending on product availability, delivery location, and carrier scheduling. Estimated delivery timelines will be provided during the order process or after your order is confirmed.
Large-item delivery may require additional coordination with the carrier. Customers are responsible for making sure the delivery address is accurate and accessible for large-item delivery.
Unless clearly stated at checkout or in writing by Fortibed, delivery does not automatically include in-home setup, assembly, old bed removal, or installation services.
If your order arrives damaged, please contact us as soon as possible with photos of the packaging and product so we can help review the issue with the carrier.
